With these, you are not going to have a lot of energy and you might find that your experience during your pregnancy is very different from how others experience theirs. During pregnancy the best thing for you to do will be to lower the pressure from your legs so try to exercise and of course accessorize your wardrobe to accommodate you.

During pregnancy you should always rest a lot because your uterus is growing, this is going to put a lot of pressure onto your veins in entire lower body and that means the blood flow actually become very strained and can point you in the direction of swollen vein appearing in legs.  Swollen veins can also appear in the rectum and vulva especially since your hormones are becoming relaxed and ligaments and joints in body also become relaxed.

Try sleeping on the left side of your body, these are where the biggest veins are in body – vena cava because this takes the blood from all around your body but sleeping on the left side can stop putting a lot of pressure on your vein.  You should also put your feet up and help to get the blood flowing, if your legs are tired or start to become a little sore in places then you should sit down and put your feet up on your chair or your table in the room.

When you fall asleep at night try to put a pillow underneath your feet, and it might not be very comfortable or fashionable but you should wear maternity support hose.  They will be great for you to move around first thing in morning and even if you go into the shower when you wake up also could help.

Pregnancy week by week – remember to always exercise so that the blood flow circulation will increase greatly but be careful when you are exercising, maybe just taking a brisk walk would help more so than any other form of exercise.
