It’s likely that you’ve been told that dark chocolate and red wine are good for you, but a small part of you doesn’t quite believe it. Surely something that tastes so good can’t be healthy? Just remember that dark chocolate is still a high-calorie food and should be eaten in moderation. As it’s so rich, you probably won’t want to scoff down a whole bar anyway.
