Believe me my friend I really do wish that every single one of us was living in a perfect world, where we are all extremely healthy and do things like shopping for food at farmer’s markets, eating whole organic chickens that we ourselves raised in our homes, working with our local neighbors to buy whole cows and lambs in order to eat fresh organic meat every single day, and of course taking the time to explore our local forests for mushrooms that we can cook for dinner. This really would be an ideal world that would ensure we are all in the best health possible.
However the reality is that most of us just don’t have the time or the energy to actually be able to live life according to this perfect scenario that I’ve just described, and perhaps even if we did I really doubt there would be many volunteers who would want to do so.
Living in the modern age where everything is available to us at a moments notice means, that most people will find it nearly impossible to give up the luxuries that they have become used to regardless of how healthy and beneficial the alternative ways may be. Would you rather prepare and cook a meal in 10 minutes or spend the whole weekend hunting for food with no guarantees that you will catch anything?
While most of us are just not that willing to give up the comforts that we have become used to in recent years, I can tell you right now that we all want to be healthy. We all want to eat organic foods but just don’t want to spend all of our hard earned cash doing so.
I understand this predicament and it is the reason why I’ve put together this list of foods to help you make the best food choices when it comes to eating organic from now on. The good news is that all of the foods that I mention here today will easily be found in any local convenience store.

Now you will all know that every single human baby out there is pretty much useless when it comes to looking after itself. While the little things may be cute and adorable, the reality is that no one on this planet would leave them to choose the right foods for themselves to eat! That would just be completely insane.
But them being all helpless and taking an extremely long time to actually develop fully and grow up can mean that they are that much more sensitive to harmful things such as pesticides which isn’t great for those that want to see their kids grow up to be strong and healthy.
Believe me a baby just doesn’t have the strength and power to be able to fight off things like insecticides. This is exactly why it is that much more important to make sure that you keep these sorts of things away from them.
From the moment that a baby is born and well into early childhood when they are still developing, you are going to want to keep them away from things that contain pesticides. This means that whatever food you give them, whether you buy it ready made at the store or make it yourself at home… you must make sure that all the ingredients are 100% organic. This is essential for the long term health of your child.
Full Fat Dairy
Believe me, I personally know a lot of people out there that are completely intolerant to lactose, even in small amounts but I also know many more people that actually enjoy a variety of different forms of dairy on a daily basis, myself included.
So the best thing you are going to do for yourself and your health is to actually put in the effort to get your dairy fresh from the farm… but unfortunately most of us are just not going to be able to do this and so the best alternative out there for you is going to be to actually make the time and effort to invest your hard earned cash into actually buying organic forms of dairy.
The great thing about organic dairy is that the cows that produce it, have to meet a certain set of formal laws that have been set by the government.
The most important part of the law you should understand, is the fact that all the cows that produce the organic dairy must be allowed to graze on grass for the entire season of grazing… and at the same time the farmer must ensure that the grass that these cows eat, account for at least 35% of the total calories that they consume.
So when you put your hard earned money on organic dairy, you are basically buying something that has been produced by a cow who has eaten a good amount of real, fresh food. All the nutrients that the cow has eaten will be passed onto you, which is exactly what you want.
The most wonderful thing about the laws and legislation’s that I mentioned above concerning organic dairy, is the fact that these same laws actually extend to the organic beef that these cows produce. This means that not only are you going to be getting top notch dairy when you buy organic, but you will also be getting amazing quality beef. This organic beef will also taste a whole lot better than what most people are used to eating and on top of that it will contain a lot of the nutrients that your body requires on a daily basis. Now the best option when it comes to beef is to get it from a cow that was 100% grass fed, however if you are not able to get your hands on this, then I’d recommend that you stick to organic.
In truth however you really can’t say that the organic beef is the best kind of beef that you can buy, simply because in most cases it will have been brought up on feed which is essentially a mix of corn and soy. However the good news is that the feed will neither be genetically modified or will it contain tons and tons of really terrible pesticides. Another great thing about buying organic beef is that you can be assured of the fact that the cows from which this beef came from were never given any form of harmful antibiotics or hormones. So the meat is really clean and good for you.
Now I understand that while most of us are not able to live in the perfect world that I described right at the start of this article I can tell you right now that if you take it one food at a time then you will very easily be able to improve the quality of your health in a really short period of time. All you need to do is get out there and take massive action.
