  4. General aerobic exercise also gives a good effect. Aerobic exercises help reduce the excess adipose tissue on the tummy and additional supportive exercises make it flat. When dieting is done together with the exercises the result is much faster and effective.
  5. Relaxation: You might have heard people saying that they do not take much food but even then their weight increases and they lose their body shape. Yes, this is absolutely true.
